• What drawing file formats can you work with?   Common file types are .dxf, .dwg, .svg.  But, we can also work with .pdf, .bmp, .jpg and other files that we can translate to a working CAD file.
• What is the difference between cast and extruded acrylic?  Please check our page on cast vs. extruded acrylic sheet.
• Can I rush my order?  Yes, we offer an expedited option for website orders and you can contact us for offline orders to discuss options.
• How will the edges of my part look?  For acrylic, please check our page on edge finishes.
• What materials do you offer?  Please check our page on plastic sheets.  If you need something different, please contact us and we will check it in detail.
• What are your cutting tolerances?  Saw cut = +/- .060″,  Laser cut = +/- .012″
• How long will it take to get a quote?  We typically quote the same business day as we receive your inquiry.  But occasionally, we need to check material availability and production processes and this can take 2-3 business days.
• Do you offer wholesale pricing?  Yes.  We are able to produce parts in high volume and offered tiered discount structures depending on the raw material and needed quantities.
• Can you compete with low-cost overseas manufacturers?  Yes.  We make parts with low overhead costs and are happy to partner with you for re-shoring projects. 
• How long will it take to get my parts?  Small orders can often be produced in 1-2 business days.  Larger orders typically are produced in 1-2 weeks based on material availability and production capacity.
• Do you drop ship?  Yes.
• Can I pickup my order?  Yes.
• Do you ship to PO boxes?  Yes.
• Do you offer payment terms?  Yes.  We can setup Net 30 payment terms when you provide credit references and we run a credit check.  This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
• Can my order be tax exempt?  Yes, we only charge sales tax for web orders shipped or picked up in IL.  All other web orders ship without tax.  You can also provide us a tax exempt cert for offline orders.
